Professional experience

From 1996, he held the position of Chief Engineer for military aircraft development
Managed the development team and was responsible for the following projects:
1. Development of the L 139 aircraft:
  - Management of an international development team of more than 50 companies toward the goal of redesigning and developing an aircraft that complied with NATO standards based off of an aircraft designed according to soviet military standards
  - This was a 2 year development project
  - The airplane participated in a tender for the new USAF and US NAVY training aircraft.
2. L159 ALCA – new combat aircraft development program:
  - Management of an international project team in the conceptual development of a new combat aircraft for the Czech Air Forces

Managing director of GKT, a project management company.
Directing and Project Management of large manufacturing projects for major international companies:
1. Construction of production lines at Philips, Hranice na Moravě.
2. Production of dedicated containers for marine transport of Ariane rockets for ESA (European Space Agency).
3. Production of custom tooling and fixtures for Ariane V rocket assemblies.

Worked at Ingersoll Rand in Prague and then at Doosan Bobcat in Dobris as Vice President of Engineering.
Establishment and management of an engineering organization specialized in the development of mobile compressors, generators and light towers.
Developed an Industry leading Research and Development center comprised of design offices, prototype production division and testing facility.
Creation and implementation of processes for product development, and integrating them with ISO 9001.
Establishment and management of the Development center for Bobcat in Dobris.
Management of the development of compact excavators, loaders and attachments.
Management and directing European engineering teams and development activities in the Czech Republic, France, Ireland and Belgium.
Implementation and improvement of processes for the development of new products - NPD.
Implementing and improving processes for budgeting and controlling of development costs.
Implementation of Total Quality Management processes.
Implementation and execution of "Value Innovation" processes.
Building a modern, industry leading R&D Center for the development and testing of construction machinery in Dobris.
